The one area I've struggled a bit with is QoS. Works great and despite having an open hole in the firewall, it's very narrow. WAN->VoIP_VLAN from VoIP_Nets->VoIP_Phones for VoIP_Servicesĭisabled ALG, no NAT routes needed. The VOIP Remote subnets (in a group), The services (UDP ports x-y), the VOIP address pool (may not be needed since router access is by default excluded) and setup firewall rules with very tight source/destination settings. I always put VoIP on a VLAN (though softphones mean there has to be SOME allowance on the main LAN). Instead, they offer known subnets their servers are on, which allowed for some firewall tweaks.
